Dental Veneers

Veneers are a dynamic dental treatment that can be used to correct discolored, worn down, cracked and chipped teeth. Dentists also apply veneers in order to close gaps between teeth. These thin laminates are usually applied over the course of several visits. Sometimes, they are made of porcelain and bonded to the tooth, which makes them more durable. During the application process, a small portion of enamel must be removed. Once the enamel has been shaved, an impression of the tooth is made and used by a technician to mold the veneer. The veneer is applied and the patient has a bright white, beautiful smile.
